Key Responsibilities
· Gather market, customer, and sales feedback to drive product improvements.
· Prepare detailed product specifications, costing summaries, and competitor comparison materials.
· Liaise with production, sourcing, and vendors to manage samples and ensure development timelines are met.
· Maintain accurate product databases, pricing structures, and technical documentation.
· Support the sales team with pricing strategy, formal quotations, and promotional margin tracking.
· Monitor competitor products, pricing trends and market movements to ensure commercial competitiveness.
· Execute go-to-market activities, including product launches and the creation of digital content.
· Develop sales tools and collateral to empower the customer support and sales teams.
· Coordinate with marketing vendors to execute exhibitions, physical campaigns, and brand activations.
· Liaise with sales, customer support, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
· Prepare basic reports and ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
Job Requirements
Experience & Skills

Good understanding of product fundamentals, pricing & costing, and marketing execution.

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic digital tools.

Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales & Marketing, Finance, or related disciplines.
