Commercial Executive (Singaporeans only!/Marine Industry/Sales Support/Tuas)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling RFQs within the time allocated, including receiving, creating, and distributing the quote to the client

• Download customer inquiries and orders from various internet-based customer portals & e-platforms (i.e. Ship-Serv, SisCommerce, BaseNet, MarineLink, B2B, etc)

• Accurately update relevant information and line items in the company ERP system (D365 & SCINT)

• Perform any other duties as requested by the Commercial Director and/or line manager

Requirements:

• Experience in preparing quotations and handling order processing

• Highly preferred candidates from Marine or commercial trading environment.
