Job Description
- Own and maintain ComEx intranet pages with clear positioning, easy navigation, timely updates, and FAQs; track basic engagement.
- Produce short, action‑oriented ComEx updates and digests; coordinate inputs across regional, country, and BU stakeholders and manage the comms calendar.
- Translate ComEx strategies, frameworks, and standards into simple, usable content (one‑pagers, job aids, templates, visuals).
- Support internal campaigns and content drops through basic project coordination—timelines, reviews, follow‑ups, and stakeholder alignment.
- Ensure content is clear, on‑brand, structured, and easy to consume.
