Job Description
The Role:
As a Co-Founder of our innovative SAAS product, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision and direction of the company. You will collaborate with a dynamic team to develop and launch cutting-edge ATS solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap.
- Lead product development from concept to launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and sales.
- Identify market opportunities and drive customer engagement.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Team Structure: You will work closely with co-founders, product managers, and a talented engineering team.
Ideal Profile:
- The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise and entrepreneurial spirit.
