About the client:
Our client is a fast-growing China-based e-commerce fresh grocery platform, providing online ordering and rapid delivery of fresh produce, meat, seafood, and daily necessities through an integrated logistics and fulfillment network.

Singaporean Citizens/PR holder, Chinese speaker are the main requirements due to the nature of the job and the company.

Urgency: High
Night Shift: 21:00–06:00 (夜班, 9小时, 做六休一)
Openings: 2

Responsibilities

• Process daily inbound/outbound documents in WMS.

• Collect, record, and organize warehouse operation data.

• Coordinate on-site operations and liaise with upstream/downstream departments.

• Supervise warehouse and logistics performance; handle exceptions with after-sales team.

• Monitor attendance and efficiency data.

• Complete other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• Computer proficiency.

• Fluent in Chinese & English.

• ≥1 year experience with office tools.

• Strong data analysis, execution, learning, and communication skills.

• WMS system knowledge and office tool proficiency.
