Monday – Friday
9:00am – 6:00pm
đź’° Salary:
Up to $3,200/month
Job Scope:
• Manage the journey of new business leads from qualification to account activation
• Validate and qualify new leads before handing them over to sales teams
• Coordinate account setup with internal stakeholders
• Support client onboarding and provide basic product guidance
• Monitor lead progress and prepare weekly/monthly status reports
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Client Partners to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, CRM, Customer Success, Business Operations, or similar roles
• Ability to communicate in Korean is preferred as the role requires regular communication with Korean-speaking stakeholders, basic English communication skills are also required
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in digital advertising, e-commerce, or performance marketing
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce
• Experience in lead management, account onboarding, or customer acquisition
• Prior experience working with Korean SMEs or the Korean market is an advantage
