Chief Operating Officer

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures.


• Create Co-ordination with cross country purchase relationship mainly from India.


• Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.


• Establish policies that promote company culture and vision


• Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.)


• Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication


• Evaluate performance by analysing and interpreting data and metrics


• Write and submit reports to the Directors in all matters of importance


• Assist Directors in fundraising ventures and with action plan.


• Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)


• Manage relationships with employees/partners/vendors across India and Singapore.


• Optimistic operation of the company to meet the goals.

SKILL SET:

• Proven experience as Chief Operating Office or relevant role


• Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc.


• Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development


• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics


• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities

MUST HAVE:s

• Sound Knowledge on E-commerce Platforms (Shopify, NOP-Commerce, Magento) and WMS(vinculum, Easy ops). – API integration across this platform.


• Should be expertise in growth marketing with tool knowledge of Google Products like Google AD’s, Data Studio, Analytics, Merchant Centre and Facebook products such as AD’s, pixel, commerce manager.


• Experience in fundraising is must.
