π Working Days/Hours: Mon β Fri, 9am to 6pm
π Duration of Work: 1 Year (Renewable)
π° Salary: Up to $5,000 + Completion Bonus
πKey Responsibilities:
Sales Operations, Legal & Financial Compliance
Contract & Legal Coordination: Act as the primary operational liaison between the Sales team and the Legal department to manage agency contract lifecycles, revisions, and compliance requirements.
Financial Workflow Management: Oversee agency credit applications, invoice processing, billing reconciliations, and ticket resolution, ensuring smooth and compliant financial operations.
Process Standardization: Identify bottlenecks in current agency management workflows and build standardized SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to scale operational efficiency.
Agency Enablement & Product Knowledge Transfer
Knowledge Base Creation: Synthesize complex digital ad product features and delivery logic into clear, localized product documentation, training materials, and toolkits for agency partners.
Partner Communications: Own localized channel communications, including draftin and distributing EDMs (Electronic Direct Mail), platform policy updates, and campaign incentive rules.
Best Practice Sharing: Analyze channel performance data to identify trends, curate operational best practices, and share insights to help agencies optimize their ad spend.
Cross-Functional Coordination & Event Management
Workshops & Events: Plan, coordinate, and execute B2B marketing events, agency study sessions, and product workshops to deepen agency understanding of our ad solutions.
Cross-Departmental Synergy: Collaborate with internal Product, Tech, Compliance, and Finance teams to unblock agency delivery issues and ensure a closed-loop resolution for operational hurdles.
β Requirements:
Bachelorβs degree or equivalent practical experience.
1β3 years of professional experience in digital marketing, ad operations, sales operations, or consulting experience within an ad agency or tech media platform is highly preferred.
Professional working proficiency in multiple languages (written and spoken), with the ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders and external partners.
Strong logical thinking with a high attention to detail; comfortable navigating legal contracts and financial data spreadsheets.
