We are seeking a Channel Growth Lead - Medical to build and scale the medical channel in Singapore across the Group’s portfolio of brands, with a primary focus on: Dermatology, Aesthetics, Neurology, General Practitioners (GPs)
Build, develop, and scale the medical channel in Singapore across Group brands, with focus on Dermatology, Aesthetics, Neurology, and GP segments
Leverage existing relationships with specialists, clinics, hospitals, and primary care networks to open doors and accelerate partnerships
Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic medical partnerships aligned with brand and therapeutic objectives
Drive channel growth through targeted specialist engagement, such as :
- Medical symposiums and congresses (Dermatology, Aesthetics, Neurology, Primary Care)
- Panel discussions, speaker engagements, and advisory forums
- Continuing Medical Education (CME) events, workshops, and roundtables
- Relevant trade shows, exhibitions, and professional society eventsPosition the Group and its brands as credible, value-adding partners within specialist and primary care communities
Collaborate with internal brand, marketing, and leadership teams to plan and execute high-impact engagements
Define and execute channel growth strategies aligned with Group and brand-level priorities
Establish channel processes, governance, and performance tracking
Drive sustainable revenue growth and long-term channel value
Specifications:
Proven experience in business development, channel development, or partnerships within the medical or healthcare sector
Established professional networks among Dermatologists, Aesthetic Doctors, Neurologists, and/or GP practices in Singapore
Demonstrated success using specialist-focused events, symposiums, and professional forums to build relationships and generate opportunities
Experience working across multiple brands, therapeutic areas, or business units is an advantage
Strong ability to build initiatives or channels from zero to scale
Resourceful, resilient, and effective within defined strategic frameworks
Positive, goal-oriented mindset with strong ownership
Strong alignment with values such as integrity, accountability, and achievement

5 days’ work week, Mon to Fri, 9.00am to 6.00pm
