Job Summary
Join VSTECS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. as a Channel Account Executive to lead sales growth by managing and expanding relationships with key channel partners, driving market presence, and achieving strategic revenue objectives in the technology distribution sector.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new channel partners and strengthen existing partnerships to drive revenue growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and preparing tailored sales proposals
- Manage channel partner accounts to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure partner satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to coordinate joint initiatives and maximize sales impact
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic sales planning and decision-making
- Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets through effective territory management and account penetration
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions using the company’s CRM system
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably within the technology or IT distribution industry
- Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales-related tools to manage customer relationships and sales pipelines
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills to engage channel partners at all organizational levels
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to resolve complex customer situations effectively
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment
