CBS Operations Lead - Samut Prakan (SPX Express)

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:

• Monitor and manage operations of CBS, mCBS, and operations of High Value Lane (HVL).


• Report a summary of data, operational concerns, and proposed improvement procedures to supervisors and other relevant parties.


• Works with internal and external functions to properly handle pushed-out parcels.


• Follow up and clear pending parcel status within the system to maintain the predetermined period.


• Manage overall problems occur; responsible for the cross-communication between shifts and departments


• Plan work schedules and assign duties to maintain adequate staff for the effective performance of activities and respond to fluctuating workloads, anticipating variances in staff and volume.


• Handle backlog chasing and manage workflows to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).


• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors or managers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Logistic management, supply chain, business administration or any related field


• At least 1-3 years of working experience for Warehouse or Transport management (e-commerce is highly preferred)


• Able to work with sorting machines and conveyors


• Able to communicate in English both written and spoken


• Possess problem-solving, multitasking, prioritizing, and conflict management skills


• Ability to work under deadlines, tight timeline and extra-long working hours during campaign


• Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills


• Proven working experience in leadership role and team management


• Strong working knowledge of Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)


• Able to work on shift and day-off when required (mostly afternoon and night shift), and extra long working hours during campaign
