The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.


Job Description:



  • Business owner of Digital Products category, carries end-to-end responsibility of P&L, growth, and customer experience of the category 

  • Define, implement and execute business growth strategies for Digital Products

  • Continuously analyse market conditions and competitors to ensure products offered remain highly competitive in the market

  • Retain and optimise existing key partners, as well as establish new strategic partnerships to drive overall category performance

  • Work closely with internal function stakeholders, incl. Marketing, Product, Legal, Ops etc to execute projects aligned with business growth objectives


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in any field, with at least 5 years of working experience in corporate strategy or business development

  • Prior working experience in e-commerce, telco, utilities or fintech industry will be an added advantage

  • Experienced in leadership roles, with a proven track record of team management skills

  • Possess strong business acumen and commercial savviness

  • Exceptional communication and project management skills, able to foster strong relationship both internally and externally

  • Highly analytical and able to generate meaningful and actionable analysis; Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
