About our team
The Brand & Marketing team looks after marketing for the Four Seasons Group, a growing family of catering and event service brands. Our established names include Four Seasons Catering, and The Outset. We build and run campaigns across digital and offline channels that grow each brand to bring in enquiries, bookings, and sales.
About the role
We are looking for a Campaign & Strategy Lead to own campaign strategy, messaging, and content across our brands. Working to agreed objectives and timelines, you will turn business goals into clear, well-timed campaigns supported by strong copy and a consistent content calendar. You will also be our main point of contact for external partners.
What you will do
Lead campaign strategy, messaging, and copywriting across our brands.
Shape the approach and key messages for each campaign.
Write clear, on-brand copy across formats and channels.
Manage the content strategy and marketing calendar.
Act as the main point of contact for external partners, including other brands, vendors, and KOLs.
Collaborate with the team on content filming and social output.
Work closely with the creative and digital leads to take each campaign from idea to launch.
What we are looking for
Proven experience in campaign planning, marketing strategy, or content strategy, ideally across more than one brand.
Excellent copywriting skills, with strong written English.
Confident managing content calendars and coordinating timelines across a team.
Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage several campaigns at once.
A team player who works well with colleagues across departments such as Sales and Procurement.
Experience managing external partners, vendors, or KOLs.
Nice to have
Experience in food and beverage, events, or hospitality marketing.
