What You’ll Do
As a Procurement Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth product flow from suppliers to our airport retail stores and online platforms. Your responsibilities will include:

Procurement & Vendor Management Issue and follow up on purchase orders (POs) Liaise with suppliers for updated price lists, stock availability, and RMA claims Manage costing changes, price protection, and payment coordination

Inventory & System Management Create new item codes and update system records (EPB) Monitor stock levels, replenish inventory, and resolve warehouse/packaging issues Support shops in resolving stock discrepancies and consignment adjustments Handle yearly stock take and daily data uploads (SKU/Price/PLU)

Shipping & Documentation Track shipping documents from suppliers Provide necessary shipping records to the warehouse Resolve discrepancies (short-shipment, damage, missing quantities) and file claims

Reporting & Promotions Generate weekly/monthly sales and stock reports for vendors Set up promotion rebates and assist in running promotions at retail and online stores
Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Supply Chain, or related fields
- Prior experience in procurement, inventory, or logistics is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail, with good problem-solving and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (experience with EPB is a plus)
- A team player who can work independently in a fast-paced retail environment
