What You’ll Do


As a Procurement Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth product flow from suppliers to our airport retail stores and online platforms. Your responsibilities will include:




  • Procurement & Vendor Management Issue and follow up on purchase orders (POs) Liaise with suppliers for updated price lists, stock availability, and RMA claims Manage costing changes, price protection, and payment coordination




  • Inventory & System Management Create new item codes and update system records (EPB) Monitor stock levels, replenish inventory, and resolve warehouse/packaging issues Support shops in resolving stock discrepancies and consignment adjustments Handle yearly stock take and daily data uploads (SKU/Price/PLU)




  • Shipping & Documentation Track shipping documents from suppliers Provide necessary shipping records to the warehouse Resolve discrepancies (short-shipment, damage, missing quantities) and file claims




  • Reporting & Promotions Generate weekly/monthly sales and stock reports for vendors Set up promotion rebates and assist in running promotions at retail and online stores



Job Requirements



What We’re Looking For



  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Supply Chain, or related fields

  • Prior experience in procurement, inventory, or logistics is an advantage

  • Strong attention to detail, with good problem-solving and follow-up skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (experience with EPB is a plus)

  • A team player who can work independently in a fast-paced retail environment
