Key responsibilities
Manage orders, crews and payment collections using backend dashboard system
Lead Blooms Redeem Rewards programme and business activities at the Customer Experience Centre (CEC)
Support CEO in business operation projects
Coordinate customer outreach activities, mainly at CEC
Digital marketing in social media
Eventually assume responsibility for the Redeem Rewards programme
About you
1 year of working experience, or entry level candidates with confidence
Experience in e-commerce or social media (direct or indirect)
Based in Tampines Central 1, with opportunities to travel within SEA for short stint projects
