Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a hungry, competitive closer who is motivated not by comfort, but by commission, growth, and mastery.
If you’re expecting just inbound leads, this role is not for you.
This role is for someone who:
• Hunts for deals instead of waiting for leads
• Gets excited about winning and hitting targets
• Has a strong financial drive
• Is coachable and eager to become world-class in sales
Responsibilities
• Prospect and hunt for new business (outreach, networking, referrals)
• Handle inbound leads via DMs, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and discovery calls
• Run sales calls with business owners, marketing leads, and brand managers
• Present influencer marketing solutions based on client outcomes
• Follow up with prospects and close deals
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and call recordings
• Attend weekly performance meetings and sales training
KPIs for Success
Performance will be measured by:
• Number of qualified meetings booked
• Closing ratio
• Deal size and revenue generated
• 24–48 hour follow-up discipline
Training & Support
You do not need to be a perfect closer yet. We will train you in:
• Sales frameworks and closing systems
• Influencer marketing industry knowledge
• Call reviews and feedback sessions
• Scripts and objection handling
If you are coachable and disciplined, you will grow quickly.
Compensation
• Base salary (optional depending on candidate) + high commissions
• First-year earning potential: SGD 6,000 – 12,000 per month for high performers
• No commission cap
You are rewarded directly for the revenue you bring in.
