Description
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in acquiring client base through consistent, high-quality communication across digital channels.
You will work to drive revenue growth, expand the client portfolio, and convert opportunities into active users, serving as a key driver of sales execution and market penetration.
- Proactively identify, prospect, cultivate and manage relationships with clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow clients acquisition
- Establish and maintain high level relationships with existing key customers, target customers and industry stakeholders.
- Work closely with Compliance, Legal and Tech teams to ensure all collaborations align with local and regional regulations.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to enhance ROI and optimize conversions across all partnership channels.
- Stay current on market trends, regulations and the competitive landscape.
- Maintain detailed communication logs and follow-ups within CRM tools for transparencyand reporting.
- Support reporting and pipeline tracking with regular updates to management on client performance and engagement metrics.
Requirements
-6-8 years of experience in business development, ideally within fintech, payments, or financial services.
-Possesses a hunter-driven approach, with a proven ability to identify, target, and win high-value clients in competitive markets
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in handling clients viaphone, WhatsApp, and email.
-Good understanding of digital payments, or virtual asset products preferred.
-Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to liaise effectively with regional clients.
-Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
-Prior experience working with regulated environments is a strong advantage.
