Business Development Manager (AI Digital Kiosk)

We’re looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead growth for our AI-powered Digital Kiosk solutions across Singapore and the APAC region.

This is a high-impact role for someone who can not only open doors and close deals, but also confidently demonstrate technology, articulate user journeys, and translate complex solutions into compelling client experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Drive new business acquisition across enterprise clients in Singapore and APAC

• Identify, pitch, and close opportunities for AI-powered digital kiosks, interactive displays, and smart engagement solutions

• Own and deliver engaging product demos — showcasing both technical capabilities and user experience

• Translate product features into clear business value and customer journey improvements

• Work closely with product and engineering teams to customize solutions for clients

• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through your network and outbound efforts

• Grow existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic account management

• Stay on top of trends in AI, retail tech, customer experience, and out-of-home (OOH) media

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in enterprise sales across both software and hardware solutions

• Tech-savvy with the ability to confidently run product demos and explain system architecture at a high level

• Strong understanding of user journey, customer experience (CX), and user interface considerations

• Background in digital kiosks, interactive screens, or OOH advertising/display solutions is highly preferred

• Strong network in Singapore and/or APAC markets

• Demonstrated ability to hunt and close new logos

• Experience in account servicing and growing key accounts is a strong advantage

• Self-driven, resourceful, and comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
