Job Description
Position: Business Development Intern
Location: Singapore
Reports To: Head of Operations & Head of Production
Duration: 3–6 months internship
Overview
We are looking for a proactive and creative Business Development Intern to join our growing team. This role focuses on expanding and growing Koocester Times, our luxury lifestyle and community-focused page. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, business trends, and strategic growth, with a strong interest in working with entrepreneurs, luxury brands, and lifestyle companies.
You will gain hands-on experience in business development, social media growth, and client relationship management, while working directly with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Research & Growth Strategy
- Identify potential partners, sponsors, and collaboration opportunities for Koocester Times.
- Conduct market research on luxury, lifestyle, and community trends.
- Develop strategies to grow the page’s audience and engagement.
- Social Media Management
- Assist in managing Koocester Times’ social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
- Work with the design and editing team to plan, schedule, and publish content.
- Monitor comments and community engagement.
- Video Production & Quality Control
- Ensure that video production processes are well-organized and meet Koocester’s quality standards.
- Coordinate with producers and editors to track deliverables for clients and internal projects.
- Business Development
- Support outreach to potential clients, partners, and collaborators.
- Assist in preparing campaign proposals, pitch decks, and reports.
- Help drive initiatives to generate revenue and expand the Koocester ecosystem.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare reports on campaign performance and social media growth.
- Maintain accurate lead tracking and updates on Lark Base.
