About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven Business Development & Growth Executive to support client acquisition, revenue expansion, and brand positioning across multiple business portfolios, including:

  • Digital & AI services

  • ERP (HRM SaaS solutions)

  • Interior design & carpentry solutions

  • Design & build / construction-related services



Key Responsibilities

1. Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth
  • Identify and engage new B2B prospects across target industries

  • Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, networking, and other channels

  • Schedule and lead sales meetings and product presentations

  • Drive revenue through SaaS subscriptions, retainers, and project-based services

2. Solution Selling & Technical Pitching
  • Present ERP, SaaS, AI, digital, and design/build solutions to clients

  • Translate technical concepts into clear business value

  • Develop tailored proposals based on client needs and ROI

3. Account Management & Retention
  • Maintain strong client relationships for long-term retention

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

  • Conduct periodic account reviews to improve client satisfaction

4. Sales Strategy & Market Expansion
  • Support development of quarterly sales strategies

  • Identify new markets, verticals, and partnership opportunities

  • Contribute to regional expansion planning (Singapore & Southeast Asia)

5. Marketing & Campaign Support
  • Assist in digital marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, email, paid ads, content funnels)

  • Support branding and positioning initiatives across business units

  • Collaborate with creative teams on marketing materials

6. Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Monitor KPIs such as conversion rate, revenue, and deal cycle time

  • Prepare monthly performance and sales reports

  • Use CRM tools and analytics to improve sales performance

7. Content & Market Intelligence
  • Support creation of sales decks, proposals, and case studies

  • Monitor competitor trends and market developments

  • Stay updated on SaaS, AI, and construction tech industries


Requirements

  • 3–8 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Growth roles

  • Experience in SaaS, ERP, IT/digital solutions, AI services, or construction/design industries is an advantage

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Ability to explain technical solutions in a clear, business-focused manner

  • Familiar with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)

  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools is a plus

  • Strong analytical and KPI-driven mindset

  • Self-motivated, structured, and able to work independently


Compensation & Benefits

  • Basic salary up to SGD 2,800 per month (12 months)

  • Commission ranging between 2% – 10% based on revenue generated

  • Performance-based incentives and bonuses
