About Quan Shui Wet Market
Founded in 1968 as Quan Shui Fresh Pork, Quan Shui Wet Market is a 3rd-generation family business that has evolved into a thriving brick-and-click fresh food company.
Today, we combine traditional wet market expertise with digital logistics to deliver high-quality fresh food β including pork, poultry, seafood, and vegetables β to over 500 households daily across Singapore.
As we expand our corporate sales channels and physical activations, we are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive external-facing growth.
Role Overview
You will drive sales and revenue growth across B2B channels, corporate accounts, and events, while identifying new opportunities and leading on-ground activations.
This is a hands-on, people-facing role with strong upside β ideal for someone who enjoys selling, building relationships, and executing ideas.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $3,400 β $4,000/month
- Bonus: Guaranteed 13th month bonus
- Commissions: Tiered commission on new revenue generated
- Event Incentives: Additional commission tied to event sales performance

Job Description
πΌ B2B & Corporate Sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships
- Generate leads and build a strong pipeline of corporate clients
- Propose and execute sales strategies and go-to-market approaches
- Prepare proposals, negotiate, and close deals
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships

π’ Corporate Accounts & Recurring Sales
- Manage and grow existing accounts
- Ensure smooth execution of orders and delivery coordination
- Identify opportunities to expand account value and retention

πͺ Events & Activations (Plan, Lead & Execute)
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for:
- Fairs, pop-ups, and activations
- Corporate and private events
- Plan and lead execution:
- Concept and setup planning
- Manpower coordination
- Stock and logistics planning
- Oversee on-ground operations:
- Retail and food setups
- Sales performance and customer experience

- Track event and account performance
- Analyse sales data and customer feedback
- Identify growth opportunities and improve execution strategies

Who Weβre Looking For
- 1β4 years experience in sales, BD, events, F&B, or hospitality
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, hands-on, and results-driven
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Willing to work weekends for events
- Bonus:
