We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth to expand our manpower outsourcing business. You will play an integral role in strengthening our market presence, developing strategic partnerships, and contributing to overall business success.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of clients and markets to achieve sales and profitability targets
Identify potential business opportunities by understanding clients’ operational needs and business objectives
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through excellent service and account management
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and high client satisfaction
Represent the company professionally and strengthen brand presence within the market
Gather market intelligence by monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities
Conduct market research and analyse industry developments, including digital and e-commerce trends
Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, including operational planning and budgeting
Establish strategic partnerships and business collaborations to support market expansion
Conduct cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation activities to build a strong sales pipeline
Attend networking sessions, business meetings, and industry events to expand professional connections
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and proposal presentation to negotiation and deal closure
Understand clients’ workforce needs across different industries and recommend suitable manpower solutions
Support any other ad-hoc duties or projects assigned by the company
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in manpower related industries
Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently
Able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Results-driven with a strong passion for sales and business growth
Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments
