Business Development Executive (Modern Trade & E-Commerce)

$3,300 – $4,000/month

Job Scope:

• Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms

• Maintain product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory updates, and online merchandising activities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms

• Monitor online sales performance, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across supermarkets, retail chains, distributors, and strategic partners

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts and marketplace partners

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new market opportunities

• Support product launches, promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and business development initiatives

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or related disciplines

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Retail Sales, or related fields

• Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, consumer products, retail, or modern trade is highly preferred

• Hands-on experience managing supermarket accounts and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) is an advantage

• Familiarity with website management, social media marketing, and digital advertising

• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or other digital marketing tools is a plus
