About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and people-driven individual to join our Merchant Solutions team. In this role, you’ll work closely with merchants to help them grow their business through seamless and secure payment solutions.
You’ll play a key role in building strong partnerships, driving adoption of digital payment services, and supporting merchants in their growth journey.
What You’ll Be Doing
Build and strengthen relationships with existing merchants by understanding their business needs
Introduce and promote secure, seamless payment solutions to new and potential merchants
Support merchant onboarding and provide guidance to ensure smooth adoption of services
Educate merchants on product features and help them maximize usage and value
Act as a trusted partner by providing ongoing account support and engagement
Gather merchant feedback to help improve products and service experience
Represent a customer-first mindset in every interaction
What We’re Looking For
Diploma/Degree or equivalent experience in any discipline
Experience in sales, account management, customer success, or business development is an advantage
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Interested in fintech, digital payments, or business growth solutions
Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with Singapore’s retail or F&B industry is a plus
