Description
- Managing the development and sale of Divine Artisan's Bakery Products and service offerings on various e-commerce sites, sales platforms, delivery platforms by efficiently responding to customer's enquiries, processing orders and coordination to ensure the successful fulfillment of customer's orders.
- Produce content and update Divine Artisan's social media platforms consistently to portray consistent brand image to achieve sales conversions. Implement marketing plans (organic/paid) to continuously increase Divine Artisan's online brand presence and awareness.
- Management of Divine Artisan research & development & boost sales for business unit.
- Establish & maintain rapport with customers and any assistance they may require.
- Oversee and source bakery packaging & ingredients for new product development.
- Plan and coordinate the smooth execution of Divine Artisan's event services (Dessert Tables, Live Stations, Weddings etc)
- Solid knowledge & understanding of bakery's capabilities and implement strategies to increase efficiency, workflow and productivity of bakery operations.
- Propose ideas for improvement of existing services and come up with proposals
