About the role

Heroes of Digital is seeking a Business Development Executive to join our growing team in the Toa Payoh Central Region. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving our new business development strategy and expanding our market presence. As a Business Development Executive, you will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the company's revenue growth objectives. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic sales environment where your efforts directly impact the company's success and trajectory.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct door-to-door visits to businesses areas

  • Introduce company products/services to potential customers

  • Identify customer needs and qualify leads

  • Collect contact details and key information from interested prospects

  • Schedule appointments and transfer qualified leads to sales

  • Maintain accurate records of daily outreach and leads generated

  • Meet daily/weekly lead generation targets


What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record in business development, new business sales, or similar sales roles within a B2B environment

  2. Strong prospecting and lead generation skills with the ability to identify and pursue high-value opportunities

  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders

  4. Demonstrated ability to understand client needs and articulate value propositions effectively

  5. Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic and resilience to handle rejection

  6. Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools for pipeline management and reporting

  7. Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute business development plans

  8. Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams

  9. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or related field, or equivalent professional experience

  10. Familiarity with the digital marketing services sectors is highly desirable
