Our approach is simple: we do not sell random marketing services. We help clients diagnose their growth gaps across Trust, Traffic, and Transaction, then recommend the right solution to help them generate leads, improve conversions, and grow more sustainably.

We are now looking for a driven and disciplined salesperson to help us grow our client base and bring our solutions to more businesses in Singapore.


Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive / Growth Consultant who can identify new business opportunities, speak confidently with business owners, understand their marketing challenges, and guide them towards the right digital marketing solution.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys sales, meeting business owners, asking good questions, following up consistently, and closing deals.

You must be comfortable with B2B sales, CRM updates, weekly pipeline reviews, and consultative selling.

This is not a role for someone who only wants to “talk to people”.
This role is for someone who can turn conversations into qualified opportunities, proposals, and closed deals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new SME and business clients in Singapore.

  • Conduct discovery calls to understand clients’ business goals, marketing problems, lead generation issues, and sales follow-up gaps.

  • Present Advergreen Digital’s services and recommend suitable solutions, including SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Website Design, WhatsApp API, and Marketing Automation.

  • Prepare and present proposals confidently to potential clients.

  • Follow up consistently with leads and move them through the sales pipeline.

  • Update CRM daily with lead status, deal value, next action, follow-up date, and notes.

  • Attend weekly sales pipeline reviews with clear updates on hot leads, proposals, expected closings, and stuck deals.

  • Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth handover after closing.

  • Avoid overpromising to clients and ensure all client expectations are aligned with the agreed scope.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.


Requirements

  • 1–3 years of sales experience preferred, especially in B2B sales, digital marketing, SaaS, IT solutions, corporate services, or agency sales.

  • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills, discipline, and hunger to learn may apply.

  • Confident in speaking with business owners and decision makers.

  • Strong follow-up discipline and willingness to use CRM daily.

  • Able to ask good questions and understand client pain points before recommending solutions.

  • Comfortable discussing pricing, budget, proposal, and next steps with clients.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient when facing rejection.

  • Good communication and presentation skills in English. Mandarin is a plus.

  • Must be honest, responsible, and able to avoid unrealistic promises to clients.

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing is an advantage, but training will be provided.

Who May Not Be Suitable

This role may not be suitable if you:

  • Do not like updating CRM or sales reports.

  • Prefer to work without structure or weekly review.

  • Are uncomfortable asking clients about budget, decision-making, or next steps.

  • Tend to overpromise just to close a deal.

  • Give up easily when clients do not reply.

  • Only want a fixed salary without sales targets.
