Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility will be to identify and generate new business opportunities to drive revenue growth for the agency.
Youʼll start by gaining a strong understanding of company's services and offerings, as well as the needs of potential clients, before crafting tailored proposals that showcase how we can help them effectively brand and market their business. Youʼll work closely with the team to develop strategic business proposals, guide the onboarding process, and oversee the execution of campaigns to ensure they meet client objectives. This role is vital for expanding our client portfolio, growing accounts, and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
What Youʼll Do
New Business Generation & Client Engagement
Identify and develop a pipeline of new clients to expand company's portfolio.
Schedule meetings and engage with potential clients to assess their needs and explore business opportunities.
Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to grow long-term partnerships.
Proposal Development & Account Growth
Develop and present creative business proposals tailored to client needs, collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with project capabilities.
Manage client relationships to ensure successful onboarding and account growth, meeting revenue targets and client expectations.
Work with project managers to ensure seamless communication and execution of projects once a proposal is accepted.
Market Research & Sales Strategy
Conduct market research to understand client industries, competitors, and emerging trends that may impact marketing strategies.
Respond to RFPs and tender opportunities, crafting compelling proposals that demonstrate companyʼs expertise and value.
Client Satisfaction & Campaign Success
Ensure that client objectives are met throughout the lifecycle of the project, providing ongoing support and regular updates.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and long-term satisfaction.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets through proactive outreach and strategic account management.
What Youʼll Bring
At least 2-3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within a marketing, advertising, or branding agency.
Strong understanding of branding, marketing practices, and the services offered by agencies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with clients and internal teams effectively.
Familiarity with digital marketing trends, including social media, performance marketing, and influencer marketing.
A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
