Responsibilities


Travel Product Packaging & Presentation



  • Enhance the visual storytelling, packaging, and presentation of China department’s travel offerings to appeal to younger, trend-sensitive consumer segments.

  • Collaborate with design teams to create compelling itineraries, product brochures, and digital content.

  • Research and incorporate emerging travel trends, cultural elements, and influencer-driven narratives into product designs.


Digital Marketing Coordination



  • Assist in organizing and curating digital marketing materials across web and social media platforms.

  • Work closely with the Singapore Marketing team to execute campaigns tailored to local market preferences.

  • Support promotional efforts through EDMs, landing pages, and social media assets for greater outreach and conversion.


Cross-Border E-commerce Campaigns



  • Act as a liaison with our China office and their E-commerce team to coordinate cross-border marketing campaigns.

  • Support campaign execution on platforms such as Xiaohongshu and TikTok.

  • Ensure messaging, visuals, and tone are culturally resonant and platform-appropriate.


Bilingual Communication & Cross-Cultural Engagement


  • Leverage strong bilingual skills (English and Mandarin) to bridge communication between internal stakeholders and overseas teams.

Management & Strategic Contribution



  • Provide strategic input on product positioning, market entry, and consumer engagement based on academic and practical business knowledge.

  • Lead or participate in cross-functional initiatives that enhance product-market fit, marketing efficiency, and customer acquisition.

  • Conduct performance reviews and reporting on campaign effectiveness, offering actionable recommendations for future planning.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism, or a related field.

  • Master of Science in Management or equivalent postgraduate qualification is highly advantageous.

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, product development, or tourism-related roles.

  • Proficient in digital marketing platforms, especially Xiaohongshu, TikTok, and Instagram.

  • Strong visual storytelling skills and understanding of youth-oriented content trends.

  • Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin is an advantage, as the role involves coordination with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and content adaptation for Mandarin-speaking audiences.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented with a passion for travel and digital engagement.

  • Able to work independently and collaboratively across regional teams.
