The candidate will be the operational backbone of our Business Development division. This role focuses on streamlining the flow between initial lead acquisition and existing accounts in CRM and order fulfilment in the ERP. You will manage complex data, technical specifications, and cross-departmental coordination to ensure the sales team can focus entirely on closing deals. practices.


Job Scope
Supporting strategic growth and managing business entities across different geographic markets.

  • Regional Growth Execution: Executing roadmaps (often 1–2 years) to increase revenue and market share in specific international territories.

  • Channel & Distributor Management: Establishing and managing overseas distribution channels and regional partnerships, including monitoring their performance and execution.

  • Strategic Account Management: Managing high-value regional accounts by understanding complex needs and recommending technical fastener solutions (e.g., PEM fasteners).

  • Market Intelligence: Conducting regional research to stay updated on market shifts, competitor pricing, and regulatory changes in different countries.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Working with marketing, technical and supply chain teams to act on leads.

  • Data Maintenance: Updating CRM systems (e.g. Asana, Pipedrive, Salesforce) to track sales goals, business trends, and client interactions.

  • Sales Documentation: Manage RFQs (Request for Quotes), Costing Sheets and all related documentation to support the business development activities.

  • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with the supply chain team to verify lead times and stocks availability

  • Lead Enrichment: Research market developments/trends to identify potential and high-volume product needs

  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate monthly reports on conversion rates and product category performance


Job Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years in industrial sales or distribution (Fasteners, Hardware, or Construction materials preferred).

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering. Diploma holder with relevant experience is welcome.

  • Cross-Border Competence:

    • Languages: Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional regional languages (e.g., Mandarin) is often a strong asset for managing overseas stakeholders.

    • Cultural Awareness: Ability to work effectively in multicultural environments and navigate different international business etiquettes.

  • Technical & Soft Skills:

    • Expertise in CRM systems like Salesforce or D365 to manage complex regional data.

    • Strong negotiation and presentation skills to engage with "C-level" management and large corporate partners.

    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across different time zones.

    • Strong ability to build "if-this-then-that" workflows to reduce manual data entry.

Other Information:

  • Location: Woodlands Close (Singapore - Near Admiralty MRT)

  • 5 days of Work (Monday – Friday 9 am to 6 pm)

  • Salary Range: SGD 3,500 to SGD 4,000
