Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and approachable individual to join our team. The main responsibility is to connect with members of the public, introduce our sales career opportunities, and collect contact details for follow-up interviews.
Responsibilities:
Approach and engage potential candidates in public areas and events
Introduce basic information about sales career opportunities
Collect and record accurate contact information for follow-up sessions
Coordinate with the recruitment team to schedule interviews
Requirements:
Outgoing, confident, and comfortable speaking with strangers
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
Experience in sales, events, or public engagement is an advantage (but not required)
