Description
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and execute long-term brand strategies aligned with business objectives
- Define brand positioning, tone of voice, and messaging frameworks
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, offline, social, retail)
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for effectiveness
Market & Consumer Insights
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior and trends
- Translate insights into actionable brand initiatives
- Track competitor activity and identify opportunities
Content & Creative Development
- Oversee content strategy including social media, advertising, and brand storytelling
- Work closely with creative teams to produce high-quality marketing assets
- Ensure all communications align with brand identity
Trade Marketing & Retail Execution
- Support the development and execution of trade marketing strategies across key retail channels
- Coordinate in-store activations, promotions, and POSM deployment to drive visibility and sales
- Work closely with Sales and Key Account teams to align campaign plans with retail calendars
- Monitor in-store execution (distribution, display, pricing) and identify improvement opportunities
- Track performance of trade promotions and evaluate ROI for continuous optimization
- Support product launches with retail activation plans, including merchandising and promotional mechanics
- Liaise with distributors, retailers, and external partners to ensure smooth execution of trade initiatives
Performance & Analytics
- Track and report on brand KPIs such as awareness, engagement, and equity
- Use data to inform decisions and improve campaign performance
- Manage marketing budgets and ROI
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and retail
- Manage relationships with agencies, partners, and vendors
Qualifications& Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in brand & trade marketing, preferably in FMCG, retail, or consumer-driven industries
- Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong team player
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities/projects and work effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
- A collaborative mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
