Role Overview
The role supports the development and execution of branding strategies across the Group’s portfolio of brands. This role ensures brand consistency, strengthens brand equity, and supports projects and initiatives at a group level while working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Our current office is located in Aljunied area.
Candidate should be willing to relocate to 14 Senoko Way(Near Woodlands/Sembawang) around the March 2026
Key Responsibilities
Group Brand Management
Support the implementation of group-level branding strategies, guidelines, and initiatives across all brands.
Ensure consistent application of brand identity, tone of voice, and visual standards across touchpoints.
Assist in maintaining and updating brand guidelines and assets.
Campaigns & Communications
Support planning and execution of group branding campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, employer branding, etc.).
Coordinate branding requirements for corporate initiatives and group-wide projects.
Assist with content development for brand storytelling, presentations, and corporate communications.
Stakeholder & Project Coordination
Work closely with marketing team, design, agencies, and vendors to ensure alignment with group branding direction.
Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals for branding projects.
Support cross-functional collaboration across business units.
Administrative support for Branding Dept
Brand Governance & Quality Control
Review and ensure accuracy and brand compliance of marketing and communication materials.
Monitor brand usage and flag inconsistencies, proposing improvements where needed.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, Business, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in branding, marketing, or corporate communications (group or multi-brand experience preferred).
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of brand management and integrated marketing communications.
Good project management and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail with an eye for brand consistency.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work across multiple brands and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
