Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Executive to support and execute marketing strategies that grow brand awareness, generate leads, and strengthen our community presence.
This role is ideal for someone who understands both digital marketing and the fitness/wellness space, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, email, etc.)
Manage and grow social media accounts (content planning, posting, engagement)
Create and coordinate content (photos, videos, captions, campaigns)
Work with customers to highlight services, transformations, and success stories
Support lead generation strategies and conversion funnels
Track performance metrics and optimise campaigns based on data
Assist in organising events, workshops, and community activations
Manage partnerships, collaborations, and influencer outreach
Maintain brand consistency across all channels

Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
1–3 years of marketing experience (fitness/wellness industry is a bonus)
Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
Basic skills in content creation (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools)
Good copywriting and communication skills
Self-driven, organised, and able to execute ideas independently
Passion for fitness, wellness, or lifestyle brands

Experience running paid ads (Meta, Google)
Basic photography/videography skills
Understanding of funnels, CRM systems, or lead generation
Experience working with influencers or brand partnerships
