Reporting to the Brand Marketing Manager, the Brand Marketing Executive will play a vital role in supporting the Brand Marketing team in implementing and executing brand marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage customers, and drive sales. This role needs to collaborate with cross-functional teams, external agencies, and vendors to ensure brand consistency and achieve business objectives.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  1. Brand & Campaign Communications

    • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring integrated marketing campaigns across omnichannel channels to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement.

    • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop creative assets, marketing materials, and promotional strategies.

    • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.

    • Drive in-store activations to highlight campaign narratives across health & beauty and delight consumers creatively.

  1. Public Relations & Influencer Management

    • Partner with agencies to create clear content briefs for influencer engagements with clear deliverables.

    • Track influencer campaigns with key KPIs to achieve optimal ROI

    • Curate and source for ideal brand ambassadors across health & beauty

    • Organize and execute Public Relations events or media launches across the year

    • Assist in media enquiries, pitching for coverage, press releases and dissemination of media drops.

  2. Integrated Marketing Campaigns:

    • Execute and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (online and offline) to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.

    • Manage suppliers’ collaborations to ensure that all communication materials provided aligned with Guardian brand guidelines

    • Collaborate with internal teams, including Trade marketing, Digital marketing and Commercial teams to execute compelling marketing materials, promotions, and campaigns.

  1. Digital Marketing and Social Media:

    • Assist in managing social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, community management, and performance tracking.

    • Work with social media agency in executing social media calendar and plan

    • Monitor industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to identify opportunities for brand promotion and engagement.

    • Track and review social media performance metrics to ensure optimal ROI

    • Monitor social media trends, customer feedback, and online reviews, and respond in a timely and appropriate manner.

  1. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) & Sustainability

    • Supports and executes all CSR related activities, initiatives and campaigns

    • Craft and execute sustainability campaigns to elevate brand equity

  1. Golden Senior CRM Program

    • Assist in creatively engaging the membership base

    • Leverage on insights to drive more effective retargeting strategies


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, or related roles, preferably within the health and beauty or retail industries.

  • Solid understanding of brand marketing principles, digital marketing channels, and social media platforms.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional copywriting abilities and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in content creation and using tools for social media management and analytics.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive insights and make data-driven decisions.

  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

  • Collaborative team player that works well with internal and external partners

  • Experience working with external agencies and vendors is a plus.

  • Passion for the health and beauty industry and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
