Brand Executive (6 months)

Job Descriptions:

Membership & CRM

• Support membership campaigns, promotions, contests and loyalty programmes.

• Manage member communications including EDMs and push notifications.

• Handle membership enquiries and coordinate with stores, internal teams and vendors.

Marketing & Operations

• Prepare reports, presentations and marketing materials.

• Support PO processing, invoices, budget tracking and vendor coordination.

• Provide administrative and operational support for projects.

Category & Commercial Support

• Support category planning, product launches and seasonal campaigns.

• Maintain product information, system updates, reports and trackers.

• Support order management, forecasting, inventory monitoring and product arrival tracking.

• Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales and Operations on promotions and product lifecycle activities.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Supply Chain or related discipline.

• Relevant internship/work experience in marketing, CRM, operations, demand planning or supply chain preferred.

• Strong analytical, organisational and multitasking skills.

• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
