About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on marketing lead who can both think strategically and execute day-to-day marketing
activities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building brands from the ground up — from launching campaigns and managing social media to activating events and working directly with athletes and communities.
You will work closely with the sales team, brand partners, and local communities to drive brand awareness and engagement.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Brand & Campaign Execution
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and events
- Manage social media channels, content calendar, and community engagement
- Coordinate product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
- Work with brand principals to localise global campaigns for SEA markets
2. Community & Partnerships
- Build relationships with running, triathlon, and other fitness communities
- Organise and support events, activations, and brand collaborations
- Identify and manage partnerships with gyms, clubs, and corporate partners
- Work with ambassadors, athletes, and influencers
3. Regional Marketing Coordination
- Support marketing efforts across Southeast Asia markets
- Adapt strategies based on local market needs and opportunities
- Collaborate with distributors and partners in the region
4. E-commerce & Retail Support
- Plan promotions and campaigns for e-commerce channels
- Support in-store marketing and visual merchandising initiatives
- Contribute to EDM campaigns and customer engagement strategies
5. Performance & Growth
- Track campaign performance and key marketing metrics
- Analyse customer behaviour and campaign results
- Optimise marketing efforts to improve ROI and sales conversion
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of marketing experience (sports, fitness, or lifestyle brands preferred)
- Strong execution skills - you’re comfortable getting things done yourself
- Experience with social media, events, and partnerships
- Understanding of Singapore (SEA is a bonus)
- Passion for sports, running, fitness, or endurance communities
- Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced team
- Basic design or content creation skills
Working Style
- Hybrid (home + office + events)
- Some weekend/event work required
- Small team environment — collaborative and hands-on
