Brand and Ops Lead

We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented, and hands-on operator to work closely with the Founder as a right hand in building and scaling our brand. This role sits at the intersection of operations, retail execution, and sales; perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.

1. Retail Operations

• Manage inventory planning, tracking, and reconciliation across consignment and retail partners

• Coordinate stock deployment, replenishment, and returns across multiple locations

• Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth operational flow with partners

2. Sales: Livestream & Live Commerce (TikTok)

• Host and support TikTok livestreams (product demos, storytelling, promotions)

• Assist with live commerce planning: scripts, product flow, promotions, and fulfillment coordination

• Be the on-camera, energetic face when needed — confident, friendly, and engaging

3. Project Manager

• Support and supervise execution of in-person treatment projects, pop-ups, scenting or experiential activations

• Coordinate logistics, timelines, partners, and on-ground setup

• Ensure high attention to detail and brand experience consistency on site

4. Founder Support & Execution

Assist in day-to-day operations, ad-hoc projects, and process improvements

Who You Are

2) Outgoing, confident, and personable. comfortable speaking on camera and with partners
3) Positive, proactive, and high-energy, with a strong sense of ownership
4) Willing to learn, adaptable, and excited to build something from the ground up 5) Prior experience in retail, ops, live commerce, events, or startups is a plus

COMPENSATION PACKAGE
Base Salary: SGD $2,800 per month
Performance Incentives: Sales commissions up to 150% of base salary monthly (i.e., earn up to an additional $4,200 based on sales campaign performance)
Estimated OTE (On-Target Earnings):
SGD $2,800 – $7,000 per month
