Backend Software Engineer - Chatbot

Job Description

- Develop and maintain e-commerce products and services based on search and AI Agent/Chabot.

- From a comprehensive engineering perspective, troubleshoot and resolve model performance and scalability issues.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.

- Optimize various services to enhance link performance.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

Requirement

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science,  Computer Engineering, Business Analysis or a related field.

- 1 year working experience in AI Agents or Chatbot

- Experience in large language models or search domains.

- Proficiency in Python programming language.

- Good understanding of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
