Overview
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead and grow our online business. The ideal candidate will manage all online sales channels, develop digital strategies, and ensure smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. E-Commerce Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute the company’s e-commerce strategy to drive growth and revenue.
Analyse online market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities.
Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
2. Online Store & Platform Management
Manage daily operations of the company’s e-commerce website and marketplace stores (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Shopify).
Oversee product listings, pricing, inventory, and content updates.
Work closely with web developers or IT to resolve technical issues and improve user experience.
3. Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution
Plan and implement digital marketing initiatives (SEO, SEM, social media ads, email marketing, promotions).
Manage campaign calendars, budgets, and performance tracking.
Optimise marketing strategies to increase traffic, conversion, and sales.
4. Product & Content Management
Create and maintain product descriptions, photos, and digital assets.
Ensure all content is accurate, appealing, and SEO-friendly.
Coordinate product launches and promotional activities.
5. Order Fulfilment & Customer Experience
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
Monitor customer reviews and enquiries to maintain a high level of service.
Improve customer experience through UX enhancements and process improvements.
6. Data Analytics & Reporting
Analyse sales data, traffic trends, and customer insights.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and action plans.
Use tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or marketplace dashboards.
7. Marketplace & Partner Relations
Manage relationships with e-commerce platform account managers.
Oversee platform campaigns, vouchers, and promotional opportunities.
Ensure all marketplace activities meet platform guidelines.
8. Team Leadership
Lead and supervise a team of e-commerce executives/coordinators (if applicable).
Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Ensure timely execution of all e-commerce tasks and projects.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of online platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Lazada, Shopee, etc.).
Proficient in Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and digital marketing tools.
Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in leading a small team is an advantage.
