B2B / Product Marketing Executive - basic up to $4000, AWS + Bonus, West/East

Summary:

• Basic salary up to $4000 + AWS + Bonus

• Transport Allowance provided

• 5 Days Work Week

• West / East Region

Responsibilities:

• Manage product marketing activities including retail sales support, product pricing, and promoter commission structures

• Study market trends, competitors’ products, pricing, and sales strategies

• Develop product positioning, marketing strategies, and key messaging

• Plan and execute product launches, promotions, and product training sessions

• Work closely with Sales and R&D teams on product features, benefits, and commercial strategy

• Manage product P&L to ensure profitability

• Support sales activities through outlet visits and partner engagement

• Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and purchase planning

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline

• 1–2 years of experience in sales and marketing within consumer products

• Knowledge of business accounting and P&L is an advantage

• Strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and support occasional overtime
