Job description
Working with appropriate vendors, design and implement an AI-enabled omnichannel marketing strategy integrating all major touchpoints (eg search, website, communication, social media) of a typical customer journey for the Company’s services and products.
Co-ordinate and manage omnichannel marketing protocols and activities in association with colleagues at various touchpoints, such as those responsible for clinic, retail shop and online sales management, as well as external AI vendors.
Traditional marketing and customer relationship management activities.
Any other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
Awareness of and familiarity with the key tools of omnichannel marketing, eg AEO, website optimisation, conversational commerce, social media and their integration, assisted by AI-enablement.
While technical competence in the above is not mandatory, ability to identify and work with appropriate external AI vendors is essential.
Keen eye on AI spending to optimise token spending to achieve cost effectiveness.
Familiarity with government funding and assistance schemes an advantage.
Good command of English for effective marketing and customer relationship management. Ability to focus on details.
