Description
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of assigned brands and be accountable for their day-to-day business and marketing performance.
Develop and execute annual brand plans, marketing initiatives, and activation campaigns aligned with business and sales objectives.
Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, distribution, and promotional effectiveness, and recommend appropriate action plans.
Identify business opportunities and challenges proactively, driving solutions and follow-through with minimal supervision.
Plan and execute product launches, marketing campaigns, trade promotions, sampling activities, roadshows, atrium events, and other brand activations.
Manage trade marketing activities, including POSM development, production, deployment, retailer coordination, and post-campaign evaluation.
Work closely with the Sales team to develop promotional mechanics and activation plans that support sales growth.
Ensure consistent brand visibility and execution across retail and e-commerce channels.
Manage A&P budgets for assigned brands and ensure spending remains within approved allocations.
Prepare presentations, business reviews, performance reports, and proposals for principals and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of FMCG marketing experience with hands-on brand management exposure.
Experience managing or supporting brands across brand planning, trade marketing, activations, and budget management.
Good understanding of FMCG retail, promotions, and in-store execution.
Ability to interpret sales and market data and translate insights into actionable plans.
Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
