Key Responsibilities
Cost Control & Reporting
- Monitor and investigate FOC, wastage, discounts, voids,
and cancelled transactions. - Prepare weekly and monthly reports on cost, margins,
wastage, cancel transactions and price updates - Analyze discrepancies and recommend corrective action
plans.
Inventory & COGS Management
- Perform monthly inventory reconciliations and outlet
spot checks. - Maintain accurate recipes, costing, pricing, and units
of measure across systems. - Ensure no item is sold/bought without approved costing
or purchase price.
Margins & Supplier Management
- Track weekly F&B margins (sales vs purchases).
- Conduct competitor price surveys and recommend price
adjustments. - Source new suppliers and negotiate pricing to optimize
costs.
Payroll & Compliance
- Control timesheets, overtime approvals, and payroll data
via Roubler. - Monitor outlet efficiency and payroll budget compliance.
- Track weekly sales performance vs productive hours/cost
- Review and approve expense claims.
Systems & Platform Management
- Ensure data accuracy across POS, inventory, delivery
platforms, and e-commerce. - Maintain synchronization between LightSpeed, Deliverect,
and delivery platforms. - Ensure menu accuracy across digital, printed, and online
channels.
Onboarding, Offboarding & Continuous Improvement
- Manage staff onboarding and offboarding checklists and
system access. - Identify improvement opportunities through analysis and
market benchmarking.
