Job Description
This role is responsible in managing the operations of multiple brand websites; plan, project manage, and coordinate site launches, new site features and optimisations across all markets and management of content transcreation. This involves conducting research of current market behaviours, working with local markets; project scoping; planning and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Primary Relationships
The position reports to the eCommerce Manager.
Within the organisation, this position has primary working relationships with the eCommerce, Marketing, IT and Warehouse teams, as well as staff with similar positions within partner and franchise organisations.
Outside the organisation, the position coordinates primarily with website and online marketplace customers, delivery and courier companies, social media platforms and any other service providers (digital agencies, developers, translators, etc.).
eCommerce Operations & Performance Management
Oversee daily website operations across all markets, ensuring optimal performance, functionality, and customer experience
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for website health, user experience, and conversion
Collaborate with Marketing and Campaign teams to update website content in line with active campaigns, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and optimal customer engagement
Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisees and subsidiaries on all website-related matters
Consolidate, prioritise, and translate regional feedback into actionable improvements and product enhancements
Proactively identify operational risks and implement solutions to minimise disruptions
Translate business, marketing, and operational needs into clear, structured user stories and functional requirements for tech and developer agencies
Define acceptance criteria and success metrics to ensure alignment on expected outcomes
Site Enhancements and Optimisations
Partner with internal teams (e.g. Customer Service, Campaign, and Warehouse) to identify operational pain points and drive improvements in CMS usability, enabling more efficient workflows and a seamless end-to-end customer experience
Identify opportunities to improve conversion, usability, and overall customer journey through data, feedback, and benchmarking
Own the roadmap for site enhancements and feature development in collaboration with internal teams
Project manage end-to-end delivery, including requirement definition, development, testing, and rollout
Monitor competitor landscape and industry trends to inform innovation and best practices
Site Launches
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of new market launches, from scoping to go-live
Conduct market research to define localisation, customer behaviour, and operational requirements
Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Ensure launches are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with brand and commercial objectives
Identify opportunities to streamline and standardise launch processes across market
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Business or similar equivalent with 3-5 years’ experience
Strong communication skills with excellent command of English
Proficiency in a second language is preferred
Strong time and project management skills with the ability to multi-task
Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment
Ability to translate marketing needs into program execution to drive business performance.
Meticulous, adaptable, creative thinker who is able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with MS Office applications
Results-driven and able to work under pressure
Understanding and hands-on experience in working with Content Management Systems (CMS), preferably Sitefinity/Ucommerce
Proficient with issue and project management tools such as JIRA
Experience in managing multiple regional projects would be a plus
Experience working in the luxury industry would be a plus
