Job Description:
- Manage and grow assigned Modern Trade (MT) accounts through the development and execution of go-to-market and customer strategies
- Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) with key supermarket partners, including annual plans and quarterly business reviews
- Own buyer negotiations covering trading terms, commercial agreements, and promotional mechanics
- Drive sales growth, distribution, promotions, and new product launches across MT channels
- Monitor sales, margin forecasts, and 5P execution, identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions
- Conduct post-promotion evaluations and analyze performance trends to generate actionable insights
- Build strong partnerships with MT customers to understand shopper and consumer needs
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Sales Operations to ensure strong in-store execution
- Recommend process and execution improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer service
- Strong selling skills with proven key account management experience, including direct engagement with supermarket buyers, in the FMCG environment.
- Good understanding of supplier and customer relationship management, including supply chain coordination, field marketing, and branding strategy.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong hands-on capability in Excel analysis, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, for forecasting and performance analysis.
