Brief Summary:
Join our team as an Assistant Retail Executive to provide top-notch customer service and support daily retail operations, ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience for all customers.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting musical instruments, books, accessories, and related products.
Provide accurate product information, recommendations, and demonstrations to enhance customer experience.
Promote ongoing campaigns and new arrivals to support sales targets.
Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via telephone, email, online forms, and chat.
Manage customer feedback, concerns, and basic after-sales support courteously and efficiently.
Perform cashiering duties, process payments accurately, and ensure end-of-day reconciliation.
Handle all necessary documentation for sales transactions, returns, and exchanges in line with company policy.
Maintain a clean and organized retail area with updated product displays.
Assist the Music School team with customer communications, student enrollments, course fee processing, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Educational qualification in any field.
Experience in retail or sales, particularly in a customer-facing role, is preferred.
A positive attitude with a strong customer-oriented approach.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Ability to play a musical instrument is an advantage.
