As a Assistant Project Manager (IT), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Oversee full project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, budget, and business objectives. Manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables.

• Proactively align, manage, and influence stakeholder expectations to ensure project success.

• Lead procurement processes such as Request for Information (RFI), Invitation to Quote (ITQ), and Invitation to Tender (ITT).

• Manage changes in project scope and escalate to the relevant Board when changes impact timeline, budget, or resources.

• Conduct solution assessments, procurement, fit-gap analysis, and product evaluations to ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.

• Apply industry-recognized project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) to ensure consistent and structured project delivery.

• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating where necessary to avoid disruption.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and engage with external vendors and partners throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with internal and regulatory requirements.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support departmental or organizational needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

• Certification in Project Management; ITIL is advantageous.

• At least 5 years of project management experience in IT, Digital Services, or the Healthcare domain.
