Main Job Duties:
• Manage from concept to design, testing, forecast, operational requirements and pricing through to product end of life
• Drive product launches, partnering with business stakeholders to prepare high quality training plans, branding and marketing materials, and user communication.
• Measure impact of initiatives, decide and communicate success or failure, identify key learnings and integrate them in overall user, product & feature understanding.
• Design product portfolio to increase revenue and set price/SOP plan for respective products/partners.
• Enhance Content & Services portfolio to build a customer base and increase customer stickiness.
• Inspire the team to dream big and innovate to delight users
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through mentoring, feedback and metrics
• Champion product management functional excellence
• Scope out potential problems, manage multiple stakeholders and take ownership of solving roadblocks along the way.
• Develop, maintain and promote products end to end from ideation to execution.
• Taking new products to market through properly crafted project management – developing integrated plans with Sales, Marketing and Operations

Main Skills Required:
• Degree in Business/ Marketing/or MBA or equivalent
• Min 3 years’ working experience with 2 years in Product Management, ideally working on consumer-facing products
• Previous product management experience leading products from the conception of the idea through the full development lifecycle
• Strong planning, analytical, problem solving and project management skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to sell ideas and influence persuasively
