Description

Key Responsibilities      

·       Branding and communications: Manage and oversee all relevant channels, platforms, and projects with the objective of brand amplification and increasing brand equity.

·       Paid media: Strategize, plan and oversee all paid media activations with the objective of meeting business goals, including but not limited to ATL, BTL, digital ads, print ads, OOH, radio, TV, paid partnerships, affiliate marketing, any other relevant paid media.

·       Retail space management: Oversee all areas of showroom and service centre to ensure retail space is well maintained, aligned with brand guidelines, with room for innovation to improve customer experience.

·       CRM: Develop and expand a structured and effective CRM programme.

·       Aftersales marketing: manage and support aftersales business objectives through marketing and media plans.

·       Event management: conceptualise and implement all events and physical engagements to meet business goals while keeping within approved budget.

·       Media relations: manage and work closely with Public Relations agency to engage with the media and influencers with the objective of increasing local brand equity.

·       Partnerships: cultivate and materialise assigned partnerships.

·       Monthly budget and expenses reporting, and accruals.

·       Marketing communication and channels include: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, YouTube, website, media relations, EDM marketing, SMS marketing, direct consumer collaterals, branding and tactical campaigns, any other relevant areas.

·       General scope of work for the various marketing aspects: outlining objectives and KPIs, planning and managing a team of 2 for execution, analysis and reporting, competitors reporting, agencies management, community management, campaign conceptualisation and implementation

·      Overall management of Salesforce (good to have prior experience, but not mandatory)

Qualifications / Professional Certifications / Skills Required

·       Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or relevant field of study

·       At least 6 years of relevant work experience

·       Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and projects

·       Strong written and verbal communication

·       Highly organised and analytical in a fast-paced environment

·       Meticulous with strong attention to details

·       Able to excel under pressure with the ability to manage concurrently projects and multiple deadlines

·       Excellent teamwork skills

·       Willingness to learn and excel

·       Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability in addressing urgent time-sensitive matters outside standard working hours

·       Proficient in MS Office applications, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop (basic skills)

·       Possess a valid Class 3/3a driving license
